Support should start with the facts.

For Creators

• Project name and token mint.
• Dashboard URL or project slug.
• Creator wallet address used to configure the project.
• Reward token mint and whether it was selected from safe search or entered manually.
• What changed, when it changed, and any transaction signatures or error messages.

For Holders

• Wallet address.
• Project token mint.
• Reward token preference if using holder choice.
• Approximate time the issue happened.
• Screenshot or exact text of the problem, without exposing private keys or seed phrases.

Security Reminder

Never send seed phrases or private keys to support. A legitimate support flow should not need your seed phrase. If a creator-fee private key import is required for an existing project, it should happen only through the encrypted vault flow with clear warnings.

Abuse Reports

Reports about impersonation, fake charities, lookalike tokens, misleading reward claims, fake social links, or dangerous token listings should include the token mint, project page, screenshots, and a short explanation. The platform may restrict or remove abusive projects from public listings.
